10 apartments for up to 6 people each with internet and fully furnished. Kitchen with kitchen utensils, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Three bedrooms each with TV, refrigerator, beds, cupboards, bedside table, black out curtains, table and chairs. We also equip the accommodation with a washing machine and bed linen.
10 accommodations for up to 6 people. PRICES: - from €15 per person, per day flat rate, incl. additional costs. DEPOSIT: - 250,-€ / Person CLEANING: If the stay is less then 3 moths, there is an aditional cleaning fee of 200,-€
The deposit must be paid with the rental agreement. The rent within the first 3 working days of each month. Due to the current situation, additional costs are adjusted 1/4 annually.
