Our 65 m² modern flat is perfectly equipped for up to 5 people.

With 2 spacious bedrooms for 2 and 3 people. Each room is equipped with super comfortable box spring beds measuring 90 × 200 cm, open wardrobes, a smart TV with free Netflix access.

Our bright and well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a cosy meal. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with a small freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave.

Together you can enjoy your meal in a cosy dining area or on the balcony. The spacious bathroom is of course equipped with a large shower as well as a hairdryer and a washer-dryer and offers space for a clothes horse. Fast W-LAN is also available free of charge.

Thanks to the good connections, you can reach Leipzig, Schkeuditz and Markkleeberg in just a few minutes.

A large car park is located behind the house and can also be used by vans.
