Two fitters' apartments are available, one with four rooms and the other with two rooms. The larger apartment has three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, while the smaller apartment has two twin bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both apartments can accommodate up to 11 people.

The apartments are located right next to a stop on the RE 1 train line, which leads to Berlin or Frankfurt Oder.
The journey to Tesla takes about 30 minutes by train and, depending on traffic, about 35 minutes by car.

The apartments are fully equipped. There is a television with satellite connection in every room. WiFi is provided free of charge. A washing machine with dryer is available in the bathroom. The kitchens are equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Parking spaces are available on site, including for large vehicles.

There is an open garage on the premises for shared activities. The apartments are non-smoking apartments. Linen is provided.

For long-term rentals, separate total prices can be agreed. Renting for several weeks does not mean that no payment is required if you are away.

Check-in takes place independently via a key safe from 3:00 p.m. Departure must be by 10:00 a.m.
