Our two large, cozy and bright apartments in a quiet residential area are available for rent. The EBBE apartment on the ground floor (82m²) and the Flut apartment on the 1st floor are approx. 74m² in size.
Location: 21762 Otterndorf
Shops, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, etc. are easily accessible within 1km.

Our apartments are fully equipped
The following “everyday things” are present:

Kitchen: oven, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer.
Living room: sofa, flat-screen TV, stereo system
Bedroom 1: 2x bed 200x90
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 200x90
Miscellaneous: Washing machine and dryer (for a fee), games and a cupboard with books available

There are enough parking spaces available.

The rental price includes 1x towel and 1x shower towel, bed linen, WiFi and all additional costs once per person.

Final cleaning €70 (for longer stays, an interim cleaning of €50 is carried out every 14 days)

All prices are gross prices including the statutory sales tax of 7%.
