About the location:
The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with single-family houses. I live on the upper floor. You can get to her apartment in the basement via a separate entrance with outside stairs. In front of her entrance door are two chairs and a table. An ideal place for smokers.

Check-in and check-out:
There is a key safe. Independent check-in is possible.
Check-in from 15:00h, check-out until 10:00h. You will receive the numerical code on the day of check-in.

Apartment description:
A fully equipped fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle are at your disposal.

The apartment has two comfortable box-spring beds, which can be placed either individually or together.

There is a free WLAN and a Smart TV at their disposal.
A modern shower bath incl. hairdryer is also available.
The south terrace can be used with pleasure.
Washing machine use for a fee (3,00€).

Infrastructure:
You are within 10 minutes walking distance to the train line U1, station Langenhorn Nord or to the bus, line 192. stati-on Wattkorn. By public transport you can reach Hamburg city center in about 30 minutes. To the airport it is about 20 min.

Surroundings:
Your apartment is located in the middle of the listed Fritz-Schumacher Siedlung. The Raak Moor, a nature reserve, is within walking distance and invites you to jog or take a relaxing walk. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance.

Included:
The price includes bed linen, towels, taxes and fees.
For stays longer than two weeks, a 14 day intermediate cleaning is offered. This includes cleaning of sinks, toilet, shower, as well as surfaces, floors and change of bed linen. Towels are changed weekly.

The city of Hamburg charges a culture and tourism tax. Per night and guest 1,00€. This is to be paid extra. Professional overnight stays are exempt with proof.
