The 92m² flat has recently been renovated and stylishly furnished. It is located directly on the Weser in a location close to the city centre. Hamelin's old town can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour; it is less than five minutes by bike via the Weser cycle path located directly behind the garden. The flat has three bedrooms with a total of 5 comfortable upholstered beds. There is a 40-inch smart TV in each bedroom.

In the combined living/dining room there is a large sofa with a living room table. It is also equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV for shared TV evenings. The large dining table offers enough space for all guests to eat together. From the living room you can access the balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Weser river flowing directly behind the garden.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and NESPRESSO capsule machine. All the utensils you need in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc. are of course available in sufficient quantities. The cosy bistro table with two bistro chairs enhances the cooking area and makes it a place where people like to spend time.

The bathroom has a bathtub with space for both bathing and showering. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.
