Three bedrooms each with TV, refrigerator, beds, cupboards, bedside table, black out curtains, table and chairs. We also equip the accommodation with a washing machine and bed linen.
5 accommodations, 2 to 3 people. PRICES. - from €15,- per person, per day flat rate, incl. additional costs. DEPOSIT: - 250,-€ / Person CLEANING: If the stay is less then 3 months, there is an aditional cleaning fee of €200.
The deposit must be paid with the rental agreement. The rent within the first 3 working days of each month. Due to the current situation, additional costs are adjusted 1/4 annually.
