Work or Travel? This apartment has it all. Close connections to Ramstein AirBase, IKEA, Autobahn but as well a footwork distance to the Rodenbach pool, the great "Pfälzer Wald" forest and a playground just across the street.

Once you’re parked in front of the apartment it’s just a few steps to the private entrance. The apartment is located downstairs (Souterrain).
A comfortable living room welcomes you. Sit back and enjoy Netflix on the 55” flatscreen. The sofa can be turned into a couch bed in no time.
Hungry? The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Basics like salt, pepper, oils, aluminum foil are included as well. The kitchen table features up to four people.
The bathroom features a shower and is fully equipped either.
You will be sleeping in a comfortable king size bed (180cm / about 5ft 11in) Additional sheets and blankets available.
In this residential area you will not hear street or train noise and (hopefully) have a good rest. Remote work, gaming, video call? No problem. A dedicated working area with a 100MBit WiFi will allow you a high speed connection during your stay, and also allows flawless streaming of Netflix and AmazonPrime which are included.

The apartment is located in the basement of a 4-party house in a quiet side street of Rodenbach. The ceiling height is 2.20m (7ft 3in) in the entire apartment except in the bedroom, where it is just under 2m (6ft 7in).

Upon arrival you can park in a designated parking directly in front of the building. The access to the house goes up 3 steps and then down about 7 steps (sous-terrain).
Autonomous, contactless check-in via a key lock box. You will receive the code from us promptly before arrival.

We are always available by phone, text or the Airbnb app. If needed we can usually assist in person with a 30 mins notice.

You also have access to a shared laundry room across the hall (washing machine available).
