There are up to 6 beds in each apartment. Each room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chairs). All bedrooms are equipped with shutters.
The kitchens are fully equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, hob, microwave, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery). There is a flat screen TV in each living room.
A bathtub with shower facility is available in each separate daylight bathroom. A washer-dryer is also always available for free use.
(Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc. are provided)
The toilet is separate.
Free internet access in the 3 room apartment is available.
In the 4.5 room apartment there was no internet access in order to relax after work.
Public parking spaces are available. The apartments are each located on the ground floor and have a beautiful terrace. Both apartments are approx. 25 meters apart.

The apartments are located directly on the underground / bus (2 minutes), S-Bahn (5 minutes). All facilities of daily life are available in the immediate vicinity.
Snack bars, restaurants, gas stations, bakers, butchers, supermarkets (Rewe) are within walking distance. Lidl and Aldi by car in 5 minutes.

The A81 motorway entrance can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The industrial areas of Zuffenhausen / Stammheim / Feuerbach / Korntal / etc. are in the immediate vicinity.
Companies such as Porsche, Bosch, Wörwag, Sika, Robert-Bosch KKH and others can also be reached by car within 5 minutes.

The apartment can be rented daily, weekly or monthly.

We clean all contact surfaces with special cleaning agents and disinfect them.
