We offer a spacious apartment with 3 1/2 rooms with modern interior and a warm atmosphere. The flat an house were thoroughly renovated in 2020.
In the wide kitchen you will find a great supply of kitchen tools, cutlery and dishes, as well as a modern equipment with electric oven, Induction cooker, dishwasher mashine, Toaster, Coffeemashine, Fridge and Freezer. Another Highlight in this commodation is the big and bright Bathroom with a modern watertoilet and spacious walk-in shower.
The homely livingroom, with a big flat screen TV and a cosy Sofa promise a comfortable leisure time.
You will find 3 single beds and one kingsize bed in the two bedrooms to provide restful nights for up to 5 people. There is also a bed for small babys ready in the big bedroom.
For an additional fee, a washing mashine and dryer can be used in a seperate room next to the appartement. We offer our guests a rapid WiFi.

The flat is convieniently close to both Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart. 2 big Citys with a vast variety of possibilities to explore by Bus, Bike or on foot. The Bus Station is directly next to the appartement in 1 minute walking distance. There are many Cultural commodities, shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and cafes in close proximity and easily reachable by public transport or by car. The little suburb Poppenweiler offers beautiful landscapes despite the short distance to the City center of Ludwigsburg. You will find only minutes from the flat beautiful routes for bikes or walking. Such as the Neckarvalley or the Lemberg with wonderful vievs over the vinyards of the area.
