We have furnished and equipped our beautiful and as good as new flat in Munich-Obermenzing in detail for the accommodation of company teams. The two bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each and 2 sofas are located in the spacious living room with sunny balcony. The fully equipped separate kitchen as well as the modern bathroom with bathtub, WC and daylight complete together with the guest WC with window and the hallway this almost 70sqm with year of construction shortly before 2000.

The multi-party house with only 6 flats is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and has garage parking spaces and a shared garden.

We have thought of everything in the furnishings ( including crockery/ cooking utensils / bedding / towels) and so our guests spend a completely relaxed stay, recovering from the daily chores.
