Each of the brand new apartments has an access to the terrace or balcony as well as a brand new fitted kitchen with oven / refrigerator / ceran hob
The rooms are all furnished with furniture from our professional carpenter ( hotel equipment) and offer highly comfortable beds, desks, storage, closets and have been individually designed and brought in per apartment. The spacious bathroom includes a large, floor-level shower and toilet.

The apartment is located in close proximity to supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping facilities.

1 room apartments ( ca 30 sqm ) for use by 1 or 2 persons
2 room apartments ( approx 55 sqm ) for use by up to 3 persons
3 room apartments ( ca 80qm ) for use by up to 6 persons

All prices include the use of the furniture, they include all additional costs and also the use of the W-LAN.
A parking space can be rented on request in the underground garage for 40,00 € per month. Please note that at no time can be driven DIRECTLY to the front door ( this is a pure footpath ).


- The personal belongings such as dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linen, etc. are brought by the residents themselves in the www.landofliving-regensburg.de .



The keys will be handed over via a key safe after the first rent has been paid
