The 2 room apartment 70 sqm with 4 beds for max. 4 people + 1 child up to 10 years (smaller sofa bed 90x1.80) is on the ground floor of a two-family house with separate access and its own south-facing terrace with a hammock, garden table + chairs and a large parasol in the middle of palm trees and lemon tree.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The cozy Non smoking apartment has a large bedroom with a large double bed, a single bed and a 4-door closet. Two sofa beds are in the living room (90x 200 cm and 90x 180 cm).
A large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The kitchen including a cozy dining area.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, another 2-seater (smaller sofa bed for children) and a relaxation chair.
We also offer a large desk with a comfortable chair and free WiFi (WLAN).

For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a modern flat screen TV with satellite TV.
We also have many books for young and old as well as toys for the little guests.

In addition to central heating, we also offer a cozy tiled stove for cold days.

The lawn in front of the apartment can be used with a swing, slide and basketball basket. The trampoline is private and not included.
