Our house was rebuilt in 2016 after a huge fire and was finished beginning of 2017. For the interior fitout we only used highly valued natural materials and massive wood furniture. We have a controlled air condition by means of a centralised ventilation system. Warm water pipes and floor as well as wall heating system are supplied by means of a heat pump. Our holiday flats Bacchus and Acolon have a size of approx. 45 sqm each. They have 1 bed room with king size bed 180x200 cm, 1 bath room with shower/WC as well as a kitchen-cum-living-room with fitted kitchen, seat group, sofa bed & large Smart TV. On the floor a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used from the guests of both flats. These flats are appropriate for max. 3 persons. Our holiday flat Silvaner has 2 bed rooms (1x with 2 single beds 90x200 cm, 1x with kingsize bed 180x200 cm), one bathroom (with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower/WC), a big kitchenwith fitted kitchen & seat group as well as a living room with sofa bed & large Smart TV. It is approximate for max. 6 persons. Upon arrival the beds are made, towels are available, Wi-fi as well as one car space in the yard per flat (2 for Silvaner) are included in the prices. The holiday flats Acolon and Silvaner furthermore do have roof terraces.
