free parking in front of the house take the Exit "Roitzsch" from the Street B100 follow the main road to the Monument on the right side of the street turn right in "Lange Straße" continue the street until number 45 at the left side

The beds are made of solid birch wood.
Each bed measures 90cm x 200cm / weight permitted up to 350kg.
Bed linen, sheets, blankets (summer and winter), and pillows (small, standard) are provided.
The fitted kitchen is equipped as follows:
- Microwave
- Two hotplates
- A refrigerator (with freezer compartment)
Dishes and all kitchen utensils, as well as cleaning products, are provided.
The room also has two wardrobes and two laundry baskets.
There is also a table and two comfortable chairs.
A TV and internet access are available.
The bathroom:
- Shower almost at ground level,
- Washer-dryer
- Towels are provided
- Bath towels are provided
- Bath mats are provided
The room for workers is on the first floor
and can be reached via an external staircase.
Free parking is available in front of the house.
