Close to the center, all areas in / around Kiel can be reached quickly Up to 4 private parking spaces directly at the house, also up to 7.5 tons The apartment house is located in the Ellerbek district of Kiel. The Kiel shipyard HDW (ThyssenKrupp), the university of applied sciences, the pain clinic and Kiel city center can be easily reached from here by car, bus (right outside the front door) or bike. A supermarket, kebab shop and a gas station are also just 500 meters away. Next beautiful beach 4.5 km

3 bathrooms with shower / toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious lounge with TV and coffee corner. Freezers and refrigerators for use. Washing machine and ironing board / iron.
The entire apartment was completely and extensively renovated in summer 2018. All rooms have been equipped with new furniture. The bathrooms have also been rebuilt.
