Our rooms are equipped with WLAN and TV. They also have ergonomic beds and mattresses that are regularly replaced. With a self-locking fridge compartment, food from other flatmates also remains untouched. The town centre of ‘’Lotte‘’ is approx. 1 km away and has many grocery shops, public leisure facilities, restaurants etc.
Cleaning of the public areas is included in the price. Access by car is not a problem, as there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the property. If you bring your own laundry, it can be washed free of charge. There is a washing machine in the basement for this purpose. The laundry can be hung up either in the laundry room or outside on a rotary dryer. It is important to note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms, corridors or bathrooms. The large terrace is used for this purpose or the large conservatory, as can be seen in the pictures.
