Our newly renovated farmhouse is located in Hochburg-Ach. the
Austrian municipality belongs to the district of Braunau am Inn in the Innviertel and is located on the
Salzach exactly opposite the Bavarian town of Burghausen with the world's longest castle. Franz Xaver Gruber, the composer of "Silent Night", was born here.


The border to Burghausen is two kilometers away, the companies WACKER-Chemie, OMV and Gendorf can be reached in between 5 and 20 minutes by car;
Supermarket, butcher, baker, hairdresser, bank, gym, doctors, police, pizzeria and reataurants can be reached in about 2 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot. Walking and cycling paths are available here.
The house is a non-smoking house, smoking is only permitted outside. All cozy seating areas invite you to do so.
We offer five double rooms, depending on the type of occupancy, extra beds may also be available.
Three rooms have their own shower/toilet in the room or in the corridor.
The other two rooms share a bathroom with shower + toilet on the upper floor, with one of these two rooms having a small kitchen.
The lovingly furnished rooms are all equipped with satellite TV and free WiFi.
A large friendly communal kitchen, also with satellite TV, two sinks, two ovens and two electric stoves can be found on the ground floor.
Washing machine and tumble dryer may be used for a fee.
Towels are of course available on request.
The room cleaning takes place weekly. Change of bed linen is done every 14 days for longer stays.
The minimum stay is preferably three nights.
