Our house has two flats for guests and is located in the north of Oelde on the street "Zum Sundern". Also easy to reach from Ahlen, Beckum, Beelen, Ennigerloh, Everswinkel, Gütersloh, Herzebrock-Clarholz, Langenberg, Lippetal, Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Rietberg, Sassenberg, Sendenhorst, Wadersloh, Warendorf.

Each of the flats has approx. 60 m² and offers space for 4 people. There are 2 double rooms with single beds on each floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace. All rooms can be locked with security cylinders and are equipped with 32 inch HD flat screen TVs.

Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, kitchen utensils) as well as a dining room and a bathroom with toilet and shower for shared use.

Fast WLAN is of course included!

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but guests from both flats are of course allowed to smoke on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.

We clean our flat weekly. Guests receive fresh towels every week, bed linen is changed every 14 days.

Our guests can use 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers in the cellar free of charge, as well as a drying room. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Shops and service providers for daily use are about 500 - 900 m away (bakery, grocery market, snack bar, petrol station, Sparkasse cash machine, Volksbank etc.).

The city centre is approx. 1.8 km away and the railway station approx. 1.5 km.
