You can reach Darmstadt city centre in about 25 minutes by tram. Tram or bus stop is about 150m away. The Odenwald can be reached in a few minutes.

1st floor: 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Television is available in both rooms. One room also has its own balcony. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Kitchen with kitchenette, cooker, large crockery cupboard, large fridge and large freezer. All important kitchen utensils are available. Kettle, coffee machine and microwave too. Seating area. Corridor and balcony for all to use.
2nd floor: Room with 2 beds each. WC with washbasin. Shower must be shared on the first floor. Kitchen with kitchenette, cooker, large crockery cupboard, large fridge and large freezer. All important kitchen utensils are available. Kettle, coffee machine and microwave too. Seating area.
