This accommodation is a spacious, detached single-family house with 4 bedrooms and a total of 8 single beds (2 per room). The furnishings are specifically tailored to the needs of construction workers, project staff, and skilled workers traveling as a group and planning a longer stay.
In addition, the house features a large kitchen with a long dining table, a recreational room with a foosball table, and a separate office with a desk and sofa, providing space for either focused work or some privacy. On sunny days, the terrace and garden area are perfect for relaxing BBQs and social gatherings.

Our accommodations are all extremely well-maintained and in excellent condition, thanks to regular cleanings and maintenance. We only rent the entire house, not individual rooms. The price listed is per night, regardless of the number of people (maximum 8). During your stay, you will have the entire house to yourself.

The house is centrally located in 46485 Wesel, ideally situated between the Ruhr region and the Netherlands, along the A3 motorway. There is quick access to the A3 (8 minutes by car) as well as to highways B58 and B8. The Ruhr area is approximately 25-40 km away, with Oberhausen and Duisburg about 25 km and Essen and Bottrop around 30 km away. The drive to the Netherlands takes just 20-25 minutes via the A3. There is a bakery and an EDEKA supermarket within 100 meters. The nearest gas station is 2 km away.
